Great Bank and staff but a useless application! I am really surprised that you guys couldn't follow up in the technical part I had to open another account in another bank to benefit from their app

The developer of this app has NO idea of what he is doing. But what about other officers in the Bank? Same?
Stupid app...not sure how they managed to convince the bank to use such an app..they need to work on their services
I download the App but didn't show me how can I sign up or in ! And iam a customer already but didn't have user and password !
Great bank, great staff and helpful people, but this is the worst application I have ever encountered, I hope that you upgrade the banks application, it is not user friendly, nor easy to use, gets stuck sometimes with a very bad user interface. No need for a separate application for the reward system, upgrade the application and just include rewards in a tab within it!
